When will I receive my order?
Depending on the selected shipping company and delivery person, we offer a range of shipping agents in major cities. It usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.
Is there delivery outside the country?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to certain cities specified on the delivery page.
You can request delivery outside the country to the store team via WhatsApp by providing information about the product weight and pricing for international shipping agents not currently registered with the store.
What if I have a product with a manufacturing defect?
You must read the return policy to understand the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges. In the event of a defect, a return has been agreed upon, the shipping cost will be calculated for the company, and the shipping cost will be returned to the customer. The product value is not calculated for the customer according to the return policy.
I want to order in large quantities. Is there a discount?
The store offers a delivery service for bulk orders, and there is a 10-20% discount on some products. You can contact us directly through the contact page and inquire about quantities.
